“Always start with the angle brush and use the lighter powder shade in the kit.
Gently outline the shape of the brow starting at the top, then do the bottom. Next
take the darker shade and gently fill in the center. Use the brow gel to help set
unruly brows or to cover unwanted gray. Another use for the gel is as a base on
the brows to help the powder go on areas where the powder won't stay.”
